Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from service providers that help us operate the Services (such as analytics, hosting, and customer-messaging providers) and from publicly available sources.
3.How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- Respond to your inquiries, applications, and support requests;

4.How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers — vendors who process information on our behalf (for example, hosting, analytics, email, and customer-messaging providers) under contracts that require them to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
- Legal and safety — when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bishop + Fields, our users, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy or notify you of any material change.
- With your direction or consent — when you ask us to share information or otherwise consent to sharing.

These currently include or may include: [hosting/CDN provider], [analytics provider, e.g. Google Analytics / Plausible], and [customer-messaging provider, e.g. Intercom].
